1. How can I get a Trial
Version of the program?
A. Call (800)373-0115 or Fax (719) 632-4721 to
request a Trial Version of the program.

2. What is the difference
between the Trial Version and the Paid Version? The Trial Version
works for 60 days (and is free with no obligation). The Paid Version
works through the end of the year (at a cost of $29.95, shipping and
handling included). The functionality of the programs is identical.
3. Do I have to recreate
my calendars and re-enter resident information when I go from the Trial
Version to the Paid Version? No. All entered data is carried over
from one version of the program to another, from year to year, assuming
you have named, saved, and backed up your data properly.
4. Can I load the program
on more than one computer? You can install it on your facility
computer and home computer (you are a professional, and have to work at
home on occasion), but you cannot install it on more than one facility
computer. E-mail support@cfactive.com for more information regarding the
purchase of multiple copies of Activity Planning Simplified.
5. What size calendars can
I print from this program? On a typical size printer, you can print
8 1/2" x 11", 8 1/2" x 14", a two-page calendar with "letter" size paper
(11" x 14"), and a two-page calendar with "legal" size paper (14" x
17"). With a tabloid size printer you can print all of the above
including 11" x 17". With the "PDF" feature, you can e-mail your
calendar to a print shop, and they should be able to produce any size
calendar you want.
6. How many activities can
I fit in one day? That depends on which size calendar you print. On
the two-page legal size calendar, you can fit at least 12 lines
depending on your printer.
7. Does this software have
clip art? No. We are working on a way for you to drop your own clip
art onto the calendar, but we're not there yet.
